Andrew X Bio
Andrew X is singer/songwriter based out of North Wilkesboro, NC. He was the lead vocalist, rhythm guitar player, and chief songwriter for the bands hot vegas and The Air Station. He is also the owner and head trainer at Peace Regime Boxing Club in North Wilkesboro, NC.
 

In 2008 Andrew X started Peace Regime records.
In 2009 Andrew X released his debut album “Language Of Love”. The album was a double-disc release. The “Heaven” disc was produced by Jeremy S.H. Griffith (John Mark McMillan) in Atlanta, GA at Glow In The Dark Studios. The “Earth” disc was jointly produced by Chris Stamey (Whiskeytown) at Modern Recording  in Chapel Hill, NC and by Jeremy Snyder at Threshing Floor Audio in Lincolnton, NC. Language Of Love was mastered by legendary mastering engineer Bernie Grundman at Bernie Grundman mastering in Hollywood, CA.
In 2010, Andrew X started “Carols For Kids” an annual live music Christmas charity event that has raises money for underprivileged children during the Christmas holiday season.
In 2011, Andrew X released a self produced limited edition Christmas album to raise money for charity titled “Far From Home.”
In 2013, Andrew X released “Patches And Doosey”, an illustrated children’s book and song.
In 2015 Andrew X started Peace Regime Boxing Club in North Wilkesboro, NC and released his second full length album titled “Young Hearts”. Young Hearts was produced by RIAA Certified Gold producer Matt Goldman (Copeland, Underoath) of Glow In The Dark Studios in Atlanta, GA. Young Hearts was mastered by notable mastering engineer Brian “Big Bass” Gardner at Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood, CA.

Andrew X has played limited shows throughout North Carolina. His music has been used on many nationally televised shows such as MTV’s The Real World, The E! Channel’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and The E! Channel’s Dash Girls. His songs have received play from several major North Carolina based FM radio stations.

In his spare time Andrew X enjoys art, hunting, writing for online boxing journalism sites such as Fight Hype, spending time with friends and family, and supporting the community in which he lives in.
